Where is City Life BayMari Suites and how is public transport?
We are at Hürriyet Mahallesi, Sümbül Sokak No:27, Bahçelievler, Istanbul. Ataköy-Şirinevler metro station (M1A) and Şirinevler metrobus stop are 650 metres away, about a 10-minute walk.
How large are the apartments and how many people do they sleep?
We have three apartment types. One-bedroom apartments are 45 m² and sleep up to 4 guests, two-bedroom apartments are 60 m² and sleep up to 6, and three-bedroom apartments are 95 m² and sleep up to 8. Our three-bedroom apartment is the only one in the building and is on the first floor.
Is it suitable for large families?
Yes. Our family two-bedroom apartment has a master bedroom with one king bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for two, sleeping up to 6 guests. The deluxe two-bedroom apartment has a master bedroom with one king bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and two sofa beds in the living room.
Are you close to hospitals?
Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital is 1.8 km and 8 minutes away by car, Medical Park Bahçelievler Hospital 2.8 km and 13 minutes, and Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital 4.5 km and 12 minutes. Our fully equipped kitchen means you can prepare your own meals during treatment that requires a special diet.
How far is the Istanbul Expo Center (CNR Expo)?
We are a 10-minute drive away. You can also reach the expo center from here on the M1A metro line without changing trains.
Is there a swimming pool?
There is no pool at City Life. A pool is available at our two properties in Florya.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes, reception at City Life is open 24 hours.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:30 at the latest. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so please ask reception on arrival or a day in advance.
Do the apartments have kitchens? Can I cook?
Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. On long stays, and when a special diet is needed, guests can prepare their own meals comfortably.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free. There is a limited number of spaces inside the building and free street parking nearby. Parking areas are covered by our 24/7 security team.
What is your cancellation policy? Is prepayment required?
Our reservations are non-refundable. No refund is provided once a booking has been made. At least 25 percent of the total amount is collected at the time of booking.
Do you take a deposit?
A 100 Euro deposit is collected at check-in. If it is given by credit card, the bank releases it within one week after your departure date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, bank transfer, EFT, SWIFT and cash.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, we have no minimum stay requirement.
Is smoking allowed? Are there quiet hours?
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours apply from 21:00.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we accept pets. Special conditions apply, so please contact us before booking.

Is the apartment cleaned during my stay?
Daily housekeeping is optional and charged. On long stays you can decide how often the apartment is cleaned. A paid dry cleaning service is also available.
Do you provide airport transfers?
A paid transfer service is available. Share your flight details with reception to arrange it. We also offer car rental and daily chauffeured car rental.
Do you offer monthly rates for long stays?
Long stays, invoicing and monthly rates are subject to special conditions. Contact us with your length of stay and we will prepare an offer for you.
What about internet and security?
Free, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. We have 24/7 security, and our security team covers all areas including the car park.
