We have one, two and three-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 8 guests. Highlights include a three-bedroom deluxe apartment with a balcony view, a three-bedroom luxury apartment with a terrace and pool view, a two-bedroom deluxe apartment with a garden, and a one-bedroom luxury apartment with pool access.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, Plus Florya has a pool. Some apartments have a pool view or direct pool access.

Reception at Plus Florya is open from 09:00 to 17:00.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:30 at the latest. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so please ask reception on arrival or a day in advance.
Do the apartments have kitchens? Can I cook?
Yes. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. On long stays, and when a special diet is needed, guests can prepare their own meals comfortably.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free. There is a limited number of spaces inside the building and free street parking nearby. Parking areas are covered by our 24/7 security team.
What is your cancellation policy? Is prepayment required?
Our reservations are non-refundable. No refund is provided once a booking has been made. At least 25 percent of the total amount is collected at the time of booking.
Do you take a deposit?
A 100 Euro deposit is collected at check-in. If it is given by credit card, the bank releases it within one week after your departure date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, bank transfer, EFT, SWIFT and cash.
Is there a minimum stay?
No, we have no minimum stay requirement.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours apply from 21:00.
