Privacy Policy

At BayMari Suites we take the security of our guests' and website visitors' personal data seriously. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we collect

• Through our contact and reservation forms: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message or request.
• During your stay: identity details required by law for guest registration, stay dates and payment information.
• Website usage: anonymous statistical data collected through cookies.

Why we use it

• To evaluate your reservation request and contact you
• To provide and invoice accommodation services
• To meet our legal obligations such as guest registration and tax legislation
• To measure and improve the performance of our website

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Any processing outside these grounds is carried out only with your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the service: with our reservation system provider and our accounting advisors, and with authorised public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure visitor behaviour on an anonymous basis. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

Retention

We keep your personal data for the periods required by applicable legislation, or for as long as the purpose of processing requires. At the end of that period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, to request deletion or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to a negative outcome produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for any damage suffered.
